| Muse | Rock Opera at its best. Over the top, great tunes great guitar work dynamic voice and simply incredible live. |
| The Smiths | 80's indie gods. Morrissey and the band touched many hearts, made ppl's lives. Its poetry. |
| PJ Harvey | She aint exactly prolific but i love her. Rocky punky dirty but glamerous. |
| The White Stripes | Ack, you all know these right. You don't understand them until you see them live. Its 100% blues despite what the LP's sound like. |
| The Strokes | Inpsired tunes, rawness but bubbly. Bit crazy but caring (eh?) Whatever. They're just great ok |
| The Libertines | Shouldn't say this but kinda the english equiv of the strokes. Anyway, they're brillient. Check em out and make em proud. |
| Plaid | Warp electronica group. Born out of the black dog. Inspired sound and tunes of genious. As close to classical music as blips and bleeps can get. |
| Autechre | Early work is beautiful. Then they went crazy with what sounds like a faulty cd player. Random sound generators but some how interesting. Um, they're crap and yet great. Get it? No? Me neither. |
| REM | Verging on granddaddy rock. But nevermind, they're class. |
